The following guide shows how to burn popular video to your DVD Disc on Windows or Mac.
With Joboshare DVD Creator and iSkysoft DVD Creator for Mac you can backup your video to your DVD Disc and share your dvd with your friend.
Part 1: How to Burn AVI,WMV,3GP,MPEG,MP4,DAT,VOB,ASF,MPG to DVD on Windows.
Step 2: Insert a DVD+R or DVD-R, or DVD+RW or DVD-RW disc in the DVD RW drive.
Step 3: Add Video files
Run the Joboshare DVD Creator and add the video files that want to convert by clicking "Add Video Files" or "Add Video Folder" option under the "File" menu. Or you can click the "Add Video Files" or "Add Video Folder" button in the main interface.
After the video files have been added, it can be displayed in the list box in the main interface and you can set the relevant parameters according to your needs.
You can customize the output aspect resize method by selecting the file's title and clicking the "Resize Method" combobox, and then there are three choices for you to set:
Letterbox: add black stripes to fit the output aspect ratio
Pan and Scan: crop frame to fit the output aspect ratio.
Full Screen: stretch and compress frame to fit the output aspect ratio.
Step 4: Select background music,DVD menu, and background picture.
You can edit the DVD menu that you are interested in using the picture and music in your local computer. Click the "Edit" button and set the related information in the pop-up window, such as selecting the check box before "Background Music" or "Background Picture", and adding related picture or music file from your local computer etc.
Step 5: Choose Destination.
Click the "Destination" combobox to choose the form of the output file. You can choose to make DVD disc directly, or you can choose to save DVD folder or ISO files in your local computer for backup.
Step 6: Start burning DVD.
You can start to burn the video file by clicking "Start Burn" button in the main interface.
Set the modes of the output file as "NTSC" or "PAL" by click the "Preferences" item under the "Tools" Menu before burning.
Step 2: Add Video Files
Click "Create a New DVD" to enter the files-add interface. Drag and drop the video directly into the program or click the "+" button to add videos
As this picture shows, the added videos will be listed on the right of the main interface with its name and play time. You can double click any videos to preview in the right Preview Pane. You can also adjust the preview order by clicking the Up and Down arrows and delete the selected file with the "-"sign.
Step 3: Edit Video Files
Select any one of the video in the right list, and click "Edit" sign to crop, trim, or adjust the effects of your videos before burning videos to DVD. Adding watermarks for your videos is also allowed by this DVD Creator.
Step 4: Edit DVD Menu

Step 5: Previewing the Project
After finishing all the editing, you can click the Preview button on the main interface to preview your DVD project.
Step 6: Burning Video Files
Before burning your DVD, you can select your DVD type and the output quality at the bottom of the main interface. When you choose different formats or qualities the recoding time of the DVD is different. The table below shows the recoding time in different situations.
