Step one: Add videos
Click “Add Files” to add any kinds of videos which you want to convert to Video to Flash Mac.
Step Two: Edit video
Choose the video you want to convert to flash, and then click the “Edit” button, you can set crop and effect. When you edit video, there are two previews for you to compare original with output.
1. Crop size
Drag the dotted lines, you can remove the black side and crop the size of the video. You also can choose aspect ratio like Original, Full, 16:9 or 4:3 from drop down list of “Zoom”.
2. Add effect
Click the “Effect” button, you can adjust the effect of brightness, contrast, saturation by dragging the different slides and add artistic effect: Gray, Emboss, Old film.
Step Three: Trim video

Step Five: Customize videos
1. Set video and audio parameters
After you press the “Customize” button, you can set sample rate, channel, encode, bitrate for Audio and set width, height, encoder, bitrate, flame rate for Video
2. Choose output format
In next step, you can select the output format for videos. You choose to generate SWF, FLV, HTML and thumbnail.
Tips
You should notice following tips when you do that.
1. Only when you choose Generate FLV, the "Generate SWF-->Play the created external FLV file progressively" is valid.
2. Only when you choose the SWF, the “Generate HTML” is valid.
When you choose "Generate SWF-->Play the created external FLV file progressively", the “"Generate thumbnail" is selected automatically.”
3. Customize the video
In that step, you can choose background for the flash, change flash player skin, add special effect and add image and text at head and tail of the flash.
