Step 1: Download a reliable video converter like Moyea Video Converter, install and run it
Step 2: "Add" video files and choose HD MP4 format for iPod
Step 3: Set video/audio parameters
Click the "Settings" button, the below window will appear: Use the data in the profile window to adjust parameters
Step 4: "Edit" HD videos in full screen
