an external hard drive? If so, you must wanna select some of your favorite clips to add into your iPod for playback, so as to enjoy them

wherever you are, like waiting for a bus, having a travel, or doing something else. To rip Blu-rays, you need a Blu-ray ripper, to rip DVDs

you need a DVD ripper, to convert video files, you need a video converter, but have you ever thought of if there is an application that can do

all of these once and for all? Yes, there is. Pavtube iPod Converter Ultimate is such a powerful utility that can deal with whatever

video files you throw at it, no matter Blu-ray movies, DVD movies, or footage shot by camcorder, or video files downloaded from video sharing

websites or from somewhere else. Following is its detailed user guide, hope it will be of some help for you folks who are looking for such a

1. Add video files, load Blu-ray and DVD movies

Click "Add Video" to import video files, and click "Load DVD" to add Blu-ray and DVD files, you can load via "Load DVD ROM", "Load DVD

Folder", "Load Blu-Ray Folder", and "Load ISO/IFO".

2. Select output format for iPod and set destination folder

Click the dropdown list of "Format" to select an iPod format as output format, which one to choose is depending on the type and tech

specifications of your iPod. Meanwhile, you can click the folder icon at the opposite side of "Output" to decide where to locate the output

files for your iPod. Moreover, if you would like to combine multiple video clips to be as a single file, you can achieve this goal via ticking

the checkbox "Merge into one file".

3. Set advanced settings

Click "Settings" button, and then you can adjust video and audio parameters like codec, aspect ratio, bit rate, frame rate, sample rate and

audio channels on the interface below. In principle, the larger input values, the better output file quality, but accompanying with the same

larger output file size; the smaller input values, the inferior output file quality, and accompanying with the smaller file size.

4. Start conversion

As long as all the above settings are done, then you can click "Convert" button to start conversion, and the conversion info like total

progress, time elapsed, time left, generated file size, estimated file size will be shown clearly in the following window.

Once the conversion is finished, the output files will be found out via clicking on "Open" button, and then you can sync them to your iPod via

iTunes with ease.
