Q:When I uploaded my The Ides of March DVD movie onto my Mac Book, and they are displayed as VOB files (DVD Video). There are some unnecessary clips on the movies that I don’t need. I want to cut them off by using iMovie to save space. However, iMovie will not recognize these file types. Is there a converter for Mac I can use to convert VOB compatible with iMovie?

4: Select Copy Files, (also on the Import dialog box), if you wish to copy the files to the new location while keeping the old files where they were. Select Move Files if you wish to move the files to the new destination and remove them from the previous location.
5 Click Import.
