iPhoniacs did a review of a much needed search utility for the iPhone with basic installation instructions. I wish Apple had put a Searchlight style 'Search Lite' (erm..) on the iPhone to begin with. Still the latest version of this app allows you to search contacts and calendar entries. Simon suggested Notes & Email also which seems good to me..

This picture was taken by me of my friend's iphone which had an activation bypass. For some reason, in his settings screen he had a carrier selection and AT&T and T-Mobile where listed. This is strange because on my iPhone which also runs 1.0.2 however was actually activated by AT&T, this does not show up.
