Being a big fan of iPod, what you should know is that the best video format of iPod is MP4 video.
Technically, you can't put videos made by window live movie maker directly to iPod, because the videos exported from window live movie maker labels WMV. But that's not a big deal to transfer window live movie maker project files to iPod. You just need a right converter to convert WMV to iPod MP4. An excellent video converter can help you convert any videos or audios between different formats with good quality, such as convert WMV to iPod MP4, and then you can transfer the converted MP4 to iTunes, and sync it to iPod.
