What is Blu-ray disc?
Blu-ray Disc (official acronym BD, also known as BR or Blu-ray) is an optical disc storage medium designed to supersede the standard DVD format. Its main uses are for storing high-definition video, PlayStation 3 video games, and other data, with up to 25 GB per single layered, and 50 GB per dual layered disc. The disc has the same physical dimensions as standard DVDs and CDs.

Lots of Blu-ray DVD are protected with region code so you cannot play it in other areas beside the area where the Blu-ray DVD is intended to be sold by the company. If you want to play a Blu-ray DVD protected with region code, then you need to remove Blu-ray region code. So we need to convert the Blu-ray discs.
